Other Details to Note
• ⚠️Like many homes in the area, our cabin is located near Ski Hill Road, which leads to Lutsen Mountain Resort. You may notice some traffic as guests travel to and from the resort. • ⚠️This is our first season of opening, and we’ve recently planted grass as part of restoring the land after construction. We appreciate your understanding while the landscape takes root. • ⚠️We get snow a few times per year. We shovel often, however, you may need to drive through some snow/ice. • ⚠️On-site parking is limited to regular cars and SUVs. We’re unable to host buses, trailers, or other large vehicles. • ⚠️The cabin is designed for adults. It is not suitable for infants or children. • ⚠️The cabin includes stairs at the entry and exit. For guests who may have difficulty with stairs, this is important to keep in mind before booking. • 🔥If Cook County or the Minnesota DNR issues a burning ban or red flag warning, no fires are allowed — even in the Solo Stove. Please always check the current status before starting a fire. • 🐻🐾We do have black bear that sometimes passes through the neighborhood, so we ask that you do not leave any food or food garbage outside. Please make sure all garbage is disposed of inside the cabin or in our animal-proof outdoor garbage bin. • Tap water from the kitchen sink is safe to drink. • Only guests who are on the original booking may stay overnight. No unregistered guests. • Max occupancy: we cannot accommodate more than 2 guests on the property at any given time. • Please report any damage as soon as possible so we can arrange for it to be fixed. • Please treat our cabin like your own. • Please read all safety rules and guidelines before using the amenities. • Please follow all rules for using the amenities, especially the sauna and fire pit. • No parties or events. • No pets. • No commercial photography or filming. • No excessive use of alcohol or other recreational substances. • No smoking in or on the property. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and vaping. • No guns, weapons, or illegal substances in or on the property. • Please leave your shoes in the shoe tray. • By booking our cabin, you and your guests waive all liability and assume all responsibilities and risks of injury, illness, property damage, property loss, and death that are associated with your use and your guests' use of the cabin, its amenities, and any activities undertaken in the surrounding area, including but not limited to any outdoor recreation, whether on or off the property.
